How we price moves are based on distance, and the number of items moved. So while we can give your rough estimate of how much your move will cost, it’s always better to get on the phone or email us as many details as possible for the most accurate estimate. 

So here’s a quick breakdown based on the size of your move:

1 bedroom - 1000-2000

2 bedroom - 1500-3000

3-4 bedroom 3000-5000

5 plus bedroom $5k+ 

This is not considering distance traveled. You can expect that for every 50-100 miles that you travel for the price to start increasing $300-500.

So for a 1 bedroom apartment going 20 miles it may be roughly 1500, but a one bedroom apartment going 1000 miles you’re looking at an estimate of 2000-2500. 

Why is that? 

There are number of costs that are associated with going further distance. 

Fuel - Trucks use diesel fuel (the most expensive to ensure engine longevity) and they have the worst kind of fuel. 

Labor/Driver - For longer distance, especially for bigger moves, it’s a long day. Sometimes labor has to be coordinated at your drop destination.

Wear and Tear - Carrying personal belongings, surprisingly, adds a lot of wear and tear to equipment charges.
